Bull taking charge again ?

Starting with overall market action , today most of the stock has witnessed a shakeout kind of formation . Small Cap Chart is showing today action bears dominated but bull took some control . Though it is not a sign of weakness but need to see still . My Approach will be to take some risk . if they works , well and good . if not will be out paying cost of doing business SMALLCAP100 Still Holding 10/20MA
